is looking for a highly qualified Head Waiter/Waitress to complete its dining room team.
Profile sought:
- Proven Head Waiter/Waitress qualifications
- Positive, smiling, and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage the stress of service calmly and efficiently
- Professional appearance
- Good knowledge of French cuisine (tableside carving, traditional French products, and wines)
- Versatility to perform various restaurant maintenance tasks, including setting up the dining room and providing service
- Ability to run a section
- Excellent ability to lead and coordinate service in the dining room
- Courteous communication, positivity, and a smile towards customers and the team
- Ability to support the manager in various tasks such as dining room layout, service scheduling, banquet management, and ordering
- Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operation of the dining room
- Competitive salary based on experience and opportunities for advancement.
- Continuous shifts and breaks according to schedule
- Days off every Sunday evening, Monday, and Tuesday
- Annual closure during the Christmas holidays, approximately a minimum of 10 days
